Some would say, shes a woman, but have an extra male private part, called hermaphrodite. There are news saying she's a hermaphrodite by some songstress or wadever shit. But there's no real evidence to prove either way.

Personally, i would think that its a joke, a fake penis to gain the media's attention and 'fame' . If there was even a slight chance she would be a hermaphrodite, she would be a LADY with an extra 'penis' . Isnt that great to an extent? You can experience both pleasures which only 1 or 2% of the people in the world could ever experience. Wouldnt it be great to have both sex organs?
This video shows when lady gaga was young. She was originally black right. Blacks have huge body and muscles, even for the girls. That might explain why LadyGaga have muscles and wadever, den again, theres nothing wrong with girls having muscles, u nvr see before meh? Therefore, my conclusion would be, the whole 'penis' thing was just a way to get famous.
